Possibility Statement

This journey of learning and inquiry is highly influenced by a sense of possibility.

It is possible for us to:

  • Meet each other in our humanity, beyond beliefs, religions, ethnicities, age groups, languages and cultures.
  • See and witness each other from a future possibility point of view, and not purely as stories of the past.
  • Bring more of primary knowing to the learning field, where perception happens from the whole field rather than a sum of divided areas.
  • Live lives that are considerate and in harmony with the whole web of life on earth.
  • Bring back authentic happiness to our communities by reclaiming a sense of purpose in life. To reconnect to the seeds that we are born with and live in the service of the whole.
  • Co-create a new world of peace and harmony with what we already have in us and between us.

It's common to say that trees come from seeds. But how can a tiny seed create a huge tree? Seeds do not contain the resources need to grow a tree. These must come from the medium or environment within which the tree grows. But the seed does provide something that is crucial : a place where the whole of the tree starts to form. As resources such as water and nutrients are drawn in, the seed organizes the process that generates growth. In a sense, the seed is a gateway through which the future possibility of the living tree emerges. ~ Peter Senge
